I used the 700hp Viper in the sig pic as my DD for 8yrs. Al would NEVER do that.

Anyone seen a chain so worn it can be pushed to the housing?

I guess this is what lots of towing and high speed runs to the mid-130mph range can do.

Did a fluid swap around 100k miles ago.

James for reference purposes please post pictures of the same shot but with the new t-case chain in place so that everyone can see the difference in slack. Thanks

Much appreciated. James did you just decide to do a T-case rebuild or did you have signs of failure that told you it was time? Curious. I assume sometime in the future I'll have to to do the same for piece of mind.

Around 6 months ago I had the rapid toc-toc-toc during WOT acceleration. It began doing it during moderate acceleration over the last few weeks.
