Please Help: 24 inch rim mods

Does anyone know what mods are needed to put 24 inch rims on an 06 X5?

A different brand/model car, and no snow? ;)

Haven't memorized every post here, but I don't recall anyone here doing 24s on their X, and even 22s are few and far between.

Yea I need new tires so I plan on getting new rims too. I have seen some on 24s and I do like how it looks but I am sure there are too many things I would have to change to make it worth it. But my understanding is 22s would bolt right up.
