BC Racing Coilovers..

I've searched but couldn't find much info.

Has anyone installed these on their X? I'm really interested, and want to see how low they can go/how they look on someones truck.

They look pretty good..and for 1k it's hard to beat!

I know a bunch of the E36 guys over on Bimmerforums run them.

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, I wouldn't expect them to be a high end coil-over. With that said, they may make sense for you and could be an improvement over your factory setup.

I can't speak for the E53 set but I know a lot of guys who run them (E36, E46, E9X). Nothing but good things have been said. Chelsea DeNofa is the only one that I know of running them on an X. He works with and is sponsored by BC Racing in Formula D.

They are gaining popularity as a decent budget brand. If I was going for looks and not performance, then I would definitely consider BC coilovers.

Yea they look great. I could care less about performance of my 5,000 lb's truck lol

Hmm. They have a good name on weekend circuit cars (mitsu evo) here in Melbourne. I would like these for height adjustability ; but I. really want soft springs and damping. I. have an E53 sport with 20" rims.
Anyone know if these would be softer than factory sport damping when on softest setting?

They look to gain good reviews and seem to be well within the price range of affordable, looks like they come with camber plates too which is nice!

As long as everything is coated in anti-seize adjuster wise (threads, nuts, etc) so that they can survive northeast winters and still be adjusted, I don't see why they wouldn't be a great way to gain suspension adjustability in the X.

Would be great for some members who have "sworn off the air suspension" and want to install these and get the air suspension errors cleared by DIS.

I run BC Coilovers on my drift e46 and absolutely recommend them. Awsome coilovers for an awsome price!
