Where is everyone ordering there oem online parts from?
Looking for a reputable reasonable priced online store.
|
I usually bounce between getBMWparts.com, pelicanparts, blunttech, fcpeuro, eBay, amazon, and ECStuning when I have no other options.
|
is furiousmethod.com still operational? i get mine from BMW of Fairfax, with online discount and local pick-up... unless i am looking for something unusual - than i go to Home Depot or Lowe's!!! like a plexiglas plate for solar panels, or something... lol...
bavauto, kcperformance, FCPGroton/FCPEuro, Circle BMW... google search for the part number is your friend - you find the part number, google it, and see what comes up... |
oembimmerparts.com
fcpeuro.com ecstuning.com eactuning.com & the local dealer |
|
Add Bimmerworld, Turner Motorsport and Bavarian Autosport to the list.
FWIW, no one online retailer will always have the best price on EVERY item. Need to shop around. |
autohausaz.com
rmeuropean.com pelicanparts.com rockauto.com amazon tomkinsonbmwparts.com (dealer) |
All my future parts purchases will start with NOS (new old stock) Genuine BMW parts searches.
I've seen many items that were produced in Germany when the E53 was produced are now China made, Meyle waterpumps (from China) and "Pulse" coilpacks (from China) are being sold as "Original BMW" items (Bremi Germany coilpack came OE). Really sad! The more "China" I can keep off my X, the better. |
I typically use getbmwparts and ECS, I price check between the two. Getbmwparts is usually the cheapest out of all the dealer sites, and the places like Pelican, bimmerworld, etc.
Pelican is usually way higher than ECS and getbmwparts. |
Ecs is the worst when it comes to shipping small things
