:dunno: PLEASE HELPPPP!!
hey I would be very happy if someone told me how to fix my interior lights. My interior lights are not working at all even when I open the door or something they don't turn on, it looks like I don't even have an interior lights. I check all the fuses they work perfect.
my car is x5 2003 3.0i please help:dunno::dunno::rolleyes::rolleyes::(:( |
Not even with the interior light buttons? Are they burnt out?
|
not even with the light buttons and I don't think they are burnt out because they all stopped working at the same time
|
fuse poped?
|
unplug the fuse (14) and plug it back in. You need to reset the LCM. The fuse isn't popped, but the LCM shut down.
Btw, put your earplugs on when you do this (ask me how I know) |
Have the interior lights ever worked since you've owned the vehicle...or did this just occur out of the blue?
Have you or any other passenger recently pressed & held the interior light button up near the rearview mirror? Did you know if you do this it will prevent the interior lights from coming on (according to the owners manual)? Have you triied pressing the interior liight button to see if you can manually turn them on? It is the middle button between the reading lamps upnear the rearview mirror. |
How do you know? And how do I rest the LCM AND THANK YOU
|
Qsilver no body pressed the button and they just stopped working like a week a go, they were working fine

Ricky Bobby, I dont have a fuse 14
|
I'm sorry I typed it wrong.
It's fuse 41, and put earplugs on. You'll thank me later. Just remove the fuse and put it right back in. |
