Why does bad weather kick German cars in the butt so hard? Im glad I live close to a desert for the most part. LOL I had a Porsche when I lived in Alaska and the darn thing was always full of water. It seemed like ripping the carpet out and cleaning and looking leaks was a yearly thing (same with my VW and Audi).

Yes I ended up fixing it. In additional to replacing the seals, I also caulked along where the black plastic meets the red plastic/lens. That seems to have fixed it.

I’ve now fallen victim to the water in the back. Fried my hatch module.

Resealed the wire grommets and seems ok now.

What did you do about the hatch module? Is it the issue where it doesn't open via comfort access before door unlock? Did you replace the module on the right rear panel and it's working now? I believe the part is over $300? Not sure if my issue is that or an antenna somewhere else. Water got in the rear left, not the rear right as far as I can tell but assuming it's related.

Currently running without a hatch module at all. All function work normally except that the hatch must be manually raised and lowered once unlatched with the button.

Trying to avoid using the hatch until I can get a new module. But making due as is.
