:wow::popcorn::wow:

If I was a betting man...I'd put my money on that most BMWs that have stripes applied to them will 99% of the time be a model that has a 1, 2, 3, or 4 in its nomenclature (or it's a MINI :D). This applique of stripes usually isn't something BMW owners with larger vehicles are into (5/6/7/X5/X7)...so you're probably not going to find a lot of example. But again, if you do a search for 1, 2, 3, 4 series BMW w/stripes...you'll probably find what you're looking for. :)

I really like it on white and the placement of it as well... Thinking about putting it on this [see attached]

:bustingup :bustingup :bustingup ....it took a second to get this...but then I scrolled back up and saw the white dots on E39LV's front license plate...OMG, I busted out in laughter...that was TOO funny. :bustingup

BTW, its not that I don't like stripes...I was just inferring that it is usually something found on the smaller/sportier BMW models which probably has a different demographic than the larger BMW models. Not that they don't fit the look or should be used on them.

Again, just a simple generalization...similar to the coffee can exhaust found on many small Asian sport cars...you usually don't see them installed on the larger sedans (not that it doesn't occur)...it just usually not seen and is more of a rare occurrence. :).

There's no hate for stripes from the Q-meister. :D

Asymmetrical stripes look as stupid as the kids who go around with one pant leg up. Fail.

A clay bar kit costs about $7 from your local auto store. It’s not a wax product though, quite the opposite. It removes deposits and buildup on the surface of the car. It’s a very easy thing to do yourself and it’s well with the effort. A proper wax application is necessary following a clay bar.

Easy DIY? Cool. How do you apply it then-with a wheel?
Thanks
