You don't. It's literally a bar. You spray the paint surface with a lubricating liquid and then "clay bar" the paint. No wheel.

Gotcha. Sounds tedious. Even If the bar is large. Don't know anything about them yet so do they come in different sizes?

No, they're pretty much the size of a bar of bath soap. Some are smaller even. None are probably larger than an average-sized person's hand.
