sales mistake or Factory mistake
 

So i just figured out that my rear speakers arent loud at all so i decided to count the speakers and they are only 12 instead of 16 for premium package(2007 Canadian model)

I took it back for checking such as noise in breaking, stereo malfucntion etc. and i mentioned the speakers to them. The sales guy also confimred that the speakers doesnt match the package i paid for.

Now the question is, will they add the missing speakers or they will replace SAV?

Just got a call from the service guy, apprently they are looking into "things"

There is also a stronger amp in the 16speaker hifi option, so I think this will not be possible to replace so easily ..

check to see if you have a dvd change too!!

the premium sound system is a big difference from standard..

16 speakers versus 12 (and the 16 are slightly higher quality)

9ch 600watt amp versus 7ch 205watt amp

6-DVD changer in glove compartment versus single drive dash mount unit.

don't forget to check the under seat subs...(both systems offer them)

so the premium packege comes with a DVD?

Your question is a little ambiguous :)

Are you asking about a DVD player or the DVD changer? Are you asking about it coming with the Premium Package or the Premium Sound Package? There's a couple of different answers you might receive...

Premium Package (in the US) does not include the upgrade stereo, so only the 12 speakers would come with it (and no Cd or DVD changer in the glove box).
