Based on the information available I made a decision to give Stebro a go. I must say that had the product arrived promptly and had it been made as they promised, I would be resonably happy. Just a shame they have had a number of issues and I am stuck down here in OZ. I ope my comments and experience help those in the USA and hopefully when some of the systems are changed, positive posts will be made. Frankly, I thought they would offer to credit me for the system of at least a large % to make up for sending the wrng product and many weeks of inconvienience. I did offer you the choice of either refund or an exchange. All systems that were sold here will be exhanged.
