That is one of the things I meant, the other is you can't hook the anchor facing up, there is something that blocks it when try to hook from the bottom of the anchor. The belt and hooks looks like this is meant to be hooked facing upwards.
It seems to unnatural to hook down facing (from top of anchor) and very very tight.

If it is for a different problem, it is OK, but if it is a tire issue and you don't have RFT then they will charge you $ (for Canada anyways).
