My First Victim

Here i am driving home, minding my own business got into a stoplight then this guy in a white Chevy Silverado pulled up right next to me. I noticed in my peripheral vision that he was staring at me and I can see his truck lunging back and forth as if to provoke a race. I just said to myself "Ahhh..I'm to old for this". But then again as if my X say trying to tell me something and so maaaannn when the light turned green i didn't even have time to think about it and it was on an inclined road too. the 4.8 smoked him so bad i didn't even expect it to be that easy.:rofl: I think this was a bad experience cuz' now i know what my "Black Mamba" can do.;) I guess thats it for my X's nickname.

You broke the coveted "keep the RPMs down the first few hundred miles" on a new engine.

its seem like everyone wants to race you when they see the x's, even people in minivan does it.

You are fine as long as you don't keep steady speed. No RPM's restriction.

Yeah, actually at the BMW factory in Munich I saw the QA guys rev the engine hard to test everything looked good. It was all computerized. I guess with the modern precision engineering the cylinder and pistons come perfectly fitted.

A guy in a Lexus did the same thing to me at a light when I had my '01 E53. She was a beast. After I blew him away, I slowed down to let him catch up to me. He saluted me  And I blew him away again.

I don't do that too much anymore. Yeah right. :D I don't race them, just show them who's boss. After I make my point, I drive normally and laugh my ass off when they try and show me.

A guy in an older ///M3 was next to me at a light a few weeks ago. He wanted to show me he was superior. Except he screwed up his shift. Man, was he pissed. :bustingup

I have a 997 C2S, and I get the same thing. Every body is an F'n Andretti when they pull up next to that thing! I had a guy in a GL 450 just punch it from every stop light the othe rday, but I was doing my "gas experiment" in the X5 so I just watched him go. He wasn't really racing, just trying for more chiro bills for his passengers, I think,
