hey guys very important, i just caught a glance at this thread and im a bit worried..i get my 2009 48i tuesday..you think my x5's gonna come preloaded with this software or would i have to tell this jerkoff dealership?

Thanks for this post. Picked up my X5 from the service department at Perillo today. 2007 with 35,000 miles, have had the jerky acceleration since purchase. The service advisor didn't need much convincing to relent and agree to install the update. The truck was at the dealer a day longer because according to the SA the first installation attempt did not work. They also replaced a lower front sway bar. X5 now drives like it should!
