If you're really worried about the options listing on the BMWUSA website (it's consistently inconsistent), then check with your CA and ask for the order sheet that they access online.

I apoligize for my confusion. But, could those of you with scheduled producation dates, post both the production date you've been given, along with your order date(and even your production #, if willing). Maybe I can infer something for my order. Thanks!

Have you tried talking to the folks at BMW NA? I find that I get the most up to date info from my CA but instead of bothering him daily I check with BMW NA (live person, not the automated system). Generally they start by saying what i see online but when pressed they usually provide more. They are the ones that told me about my "production pack" which led me to ask my CA who then told me I was in 112 status. I have not gotten a date from him but I haven't asked either.

To answer your question my production number is 7442849 it was 111(order accepted) status on 8/28.

I think I've done my math correctly. Blair's order was on 8/28.....my order on 9/14 was exactly 2,000 units. If you go to the BMW website for Spartangurg they list production thru August at 49K units for the X5. You can estimate how many working days this year, but I figure about 260 or so X5s built per day.

It appears that the 6 weeks from order is about right.

I've ordered mine in mineral green. I don't know the exact date of order, but it was August 20-something. Mine went into prod. 9/28 with finish date of 10/8. Btw, my order sheet does state my comfort access, so I'm trusting they'll get it right.

When you say went into production is that something you could see online or something your CA told you or is that 112 status? I'm wondering if that means mine went INTO production on 9/25 since that is the date they tell me it got a "production pack" which seems to correlate to 112 status.

FYI: I just received a tentative PCD date of 11/17 for my build.
