but they say it is in production (has been for about a week)

What does "completed production pack" mean? Mine completed production pack on 10/2/09...

Where does it show that? I got the best info from calling the number and speaking directly to a BMW rep...

My BMW salesman just emailed that and "that it will not be long now"...

That means you have an order with no production date.

Thanks Blair, I called and (for the first time spoke with a rep instead of the old 2-Prod#-1 routine) he said the date of production pack means actual production will begin within one week of that date.
