I did not pay attention to this on my car, but the one picking me up at the airport in South Carolina for PCD had the rear door pocket lights on when the car was in motion. it was very subtle. Kinda makes sense to me. What if you want to reach into the pockets while in the second row?

On my 2008 all white lights go off - only the orange lights stay on while the vehicle is in motion at night.

Don't know why the 2010 would be any different especially sense it could be considered a hazard during night driving.

Maybe a programming glitch.

If these chuckleheads can't figure this out for you, I have had nothing but good service from Park Ave. BMW. Maybe you could bring it to them, they're not far from you.
