A man after my own heart :).
It also helps with sharp, ahhh, lane changes. I had an E53 for 7yrs and I would get a lot of body roll with that too. I learned how to control it without any problems, but others who would drive my car would freak out when it happened to them and usually oversteer as a result.
I added adaptive drive to my 35d and it was money well spent.
