We had a 2004 745i that was a Lemon. We hired a good Lemon Law Attorney and were refunded all 19 Months Lease payments and the total drive off we paid.
So basically, we drove the car for 19 months for free. It had a defective Fuel gauge. They could not fix it after 5 tries.

Heck, I wish it would happen again. It was not so bad driving it using the odometer as a fuel guide.
