Would love to report something positive BUT, it's still winter here. Thought I could get away with doing it in January,,,but don't think so. Either Feb., or March is the time table. I spoke a guy at Dinan and he offered me a try it, buy it deal. In other words, they would put the tune in and if I didn't like it,,,they dealer would flash it back to normal......

try and buy is smart business.. guess they wouldn't go through the trouble if it didn't produce...

i am waiting on my 50i to arrive and will be getting it tuned as well...

496 and 573 sound awesome!

what about fuel consumption? how much of a negative impact does this have?

obviously we didn't purchase our 50i for fuel economy but will my new ride with the dinan tune require a refill every 10 miles? :dunno:

keep us posted.. and good luck.

According to Dinan,,there will be a very minor difference in fuel consumption in day to day driving,,however, there will be a difference when you use the added power though,,,makes sense!!

Guarantee no one that tried it would return it.

Impossible... it's that damn good.

I can't wait for the stage 2 ;)

I called to make an appointment to get the tune done, and in doing so asked the total price for the package,,,,,when they said almost $3500 :wow: I kind of put it in the back of my mind until Dinan had a promo going on or something. I have had tunes done on my AMG's and stuff,,, but they were never even close to being that much,,,,,,anyway,,,still going to get the tune, just waiting until these is a special going.......I still think that Dinan is the best tune going for our type of vehicles!

Understood bro! I did mine when they had a deal. I think I paid 2700. I know the stage 2 is 3500...is that what you're going for?
