seems a bit high- I would rather spend 2-3k more and get a car with 20k less miles

JoshLee89 01-13-2012 12:14 PM

The owner of ^^ this car has a bmw mechanic who does work on the car for very cheap. He said this person takes long time, but he gets part for cheap and and it ll end up cheaper than me getting extended warranty

JoshLee89 01-13-2012 12:16 PM

Yeah price i negociated is at 31500 so far. So if i buy at 31k, is it still not considered such a great deal?

I would rather get a CPO or extended warranty in case something does happen.

What will you do if the transmission breaks? (i'm hoping it doesn't for you lol )

Too many miles + 2 owners. Tell them $29K + throw in the Honda lawn mower in the one pic.

I agree with what Crash513 wrote and add the 328 is $6,500 less than the X5. From a purely practical point of view the 328 is a better choice.

JoshLee89 01-13-2012 12:36 PM

Yes. 328i would be more practical choice for me since im just a student who wont't be able to afford anything without my parents. But it's also true that i want to have nice cars, especially when i had g37 and 328i seems down grading. (engine pov not the brand lol)
