So...it's a disease. I read in one of the other threads that the plant hasn't changed over to 2010 MY yet. I still feel the need to check my status daily. :tsk: |

I'm torn...
I'm seriously considering changing my trim from brushed aluminum to bamboo. :dunno:
I'm getting a bit spooked by all the posts lately about easily it gets marked. |
Stick with the aluminium. Brightens up the interior and gives it some contrast.

As much as I love the aluminum, it looks clean and sporty... But the ebony stained woods have a real soft spot with me. I absolutely love the black stained woodgrain whether it is the burl wood of the bamboo. Has a more warm feeling than the aluminum.
I guess it all depends on what your preference is... the clean contrast of the brushed aluminum, or the blended warmth of the dark wood. Either way you will love it as soon as you are sitting in the new beast looking at it so there is no bad choice between the two. |

This damn trim choice is really getting to me. I keep changing my mind. I think the aluminum will look great, especially once I get my pedals. It's a nice contrast like Weas and Matt said. Bottom line, do I try something different or take the safe route? Today the choice is try something different. Let's see how I feel tomorrow. 8 weeks from today I'll be driving that bad boy home. |
