If Josh leads, we will be there by 4pm or sooner! But I think realistically, 5pm or so with one short stop for lunch and gas. What do you think?

I have done that drive from SF and made it to PS in 8 hours before, so that's what I am thinking.

I was wondering based on what others who live in SoCal have said. That is whatever you do try to head for PS from LA around noon because after that on a friday the traffic is brutal.

True dat. Fortunately you guys can avoid a lot of it by going over the top and not going I-5 to I-10. Cutting through Sylmar, Pasadena, and cutting over to the I-15 from the 210 is best.

Having said that though, it never hurts the leave earlier. Shoot for an hour or two earlier and if you run an hour late you're still doing well.

Can't say but I can tell you this. Your talkin california, where people headed for LA down I-5 are know to flirt with 100MPH on a regular basis.
