Tulley BMW, Nashua, NH
I've had nothing but good experiences with Tulley. They've never lied to me about anything. Any time I have a problem, they get me in as soon as possible and they always fix whatever's wrong quickly and efficiently. There is one sales guy there that I've met that I don't like. His name is Scott Pann. When we went there to buy the X5 he acted snotty as soon as we walked in the door. My dad talked to him and said he would like to buy an X5. Scott said "We only have 4.4s" as if to say he didn't think we could afford one. My dad was like "Well it's for my son here and he only wants a 4.4 so that works out." He kind of put his nose up and directed us to someone else. We talked with Joe McDonough and he was great. He showed us the list of X5s on the lot and I picked out the ones I wanted to look at. The second one I looked at I liked better so we test drove it and I knew it was the car I wanted so 6 days later it was sitting in the driveway. When we bought the 330xi, this time we worked with Frank Chafe. He's a really, really nice guy. We worked with him because we were kind of in an emergency car buying situation and Joe wasn't there. Frank tried to put me in a 5 series because he claimed it was all wheel drive.
I wanted an X3 so we teamed up and tried to get my mom to buy me one but she wouldn't... She thinks the problems I was having were because I drove an SUV, not because I drove a BMW apparently. Anyway, we had the choice of two 330s on the lot. There were no new ones. There was a 2001 and a 2003. The 2003 I liked better so we test drove it. He talked to the managers and worked it out so we only had to pay $4000 or so over the trade with the X5. My service advisor is Jay Van Sciver. He's great too. Anyway, I think Tulley is great. I've always gotten a loaner, even on short notice, except one time. www.tulleybmw.com
