Crevier BMW-Orange County, CA:Sales/Service/Parts

I have been meaning to post this, but have been so busy.

First of all, in terms of sales, Brad Lindenstein has been quite a profesisonal salesman and has gone beyond the sale of the car for me many times in the past 4 years. I have referred over 10 people (friends and family members) to him and they all have bought cars from him. If you are in a market for a BMW and live close to Crevier, I highly recommend you deal with Brad and tell him I sent ya.

My X5 is obviously out of warranty now. However, I can tell you that finding the right service advisor made the biggest difference. For the most part, they took great care of our X5 and us. Crevier has grown in the past 4 years and it has growing pain, but they are doing their best to accomodate....They still have Saturday service appointments!!

Recently, I have had excellent service with Christopher Zappia when it came time to deal with maintainance and warranty issues with our new M3. He is quite motivated and gets things done. BTW, if you reserve your service appt. in advanced, I have always had a BMW loaner (ranged from various 3-series coupe, sedans, wagons, Z3, 5-series sedan, and even a X3).

Parts dept.: Many know the guys/gals there....Kudos goes out to both Art Corona and Teresa Hilstead. Friendly and quite helpful!
