IMO Better then what is out there now, I think the new 3 series and 7 series will have an effect on the look of both the sedan 3 and 5 series.

I think Honda has copied BMW design (or possibly vice-versa) for a long time...

Check out the 1998 Civic and the 2000 3-series...from a distance in the back and side they have similarities....

And then there are the ever special '5-series Civics'...

I think the new front makes the car more agressive a la 3 series. That was really my only complaint about the current 5. I love the space of the 5. And the power to weight ratio...

It looks okay to me. At least the facelifts (the 5 and 7 series) come out looking better instead of worse.
