Hello All! New to the forum. Any news on the transmission? The paddles got me thinking.

Looks like this M steering wheel gets heating. Nice. AND paddle shifters! Cool. But it's hard to tell if there are the illuminated kind (like on the new M5 where the "+" and "-" illuminate)?

Wow, I love the interior shots with the full leather dash. I hope it gets the alcantara suede like headliner as well.

That is standard M-sport package released in 2007. Its just cosmetic stuff. Nothing different on engine. This thread is about X5 ///M which is different from X5 with M-sport package.

Does the birdie say DCT for the X5/M, same as the new M3?
Also, any word on US MSRP pricing?

Don't think the DCT gearbox from new M3 can handle the torque this beast has. But there is always new good stuff coming.
