X5 M Engine Fault Reduced Power Warning

Hi Jason,

If you remember, we both received our trucks around the same time. Mine now has "the whine", and I am waiting to hear if there is a definite fix out there before I take it in to deal with the service dept.'s typical 2 day wait and BS. This is my 3rd M vehicle in 6 years.

I would expect BMW to replace your truck. They don't seem to be able to fix it. I doubt you need them to get that discount off a vehicle already made.
