What happens If you don't change out the headlamp washer jets?

I called my dealer and they said the headlamp washers part # is the same 2010-2013

correct - we are looking at any before 04/2012 (the beginning of production for the 2013 (led standard)

The issues at hand - the different part numbers only seem to be for X6M

I have a set of the new part number parts on order and should have them in hand when I return from vacation.

I will compare thoroughly and post pics if wanted showing any differences.

My best guess so far - our X5M only have one functioning headlight unit in each light housing...the center light seems to be painted black and does not (from looking quickly) seem to have any actual lighting parts.

SO, I am wondering if the nozzle on the LED is dual and the HID is single???

Although that doesn't explain how or why the X5M (with LEDs standard) have the same part number listed for all years and months of production.

Investigation to resume after June 30th
