Finally, after 2 years, got my 2004 X3 on the road, a few questions...

This will be my 2nd 6mt X3. The first one had 200k and rusted out from previous owners ripping door vapor panels.

This one i got for free, has only 107k on it, from people who couldnt fix it. So i fixed it over the past few years in my spare time and now its the road! Its a 2.5i, manual seats and hvac, but has the heated steering wheel, love that in cold vt mornings.

Heres my issues i need help with.

1, the manual hvac controls. They all work, but the last knib for air direction changes nothing. Where do i start there?

2, i know the pano roofs are a very common failure, mine is too. But i want to first want to check the fuse on the motor, as nothing happens. Where is it?
