I imagine that would be more difficult than it would be worth. First you would not be able to get a rhd vehicle here. Second I doubt that a US version would meet UK/EU requirements. You would probably have to modify the vehicle yourself which might well cost a fortune.

Since I have no idea what would be involved maybe you could call BMW UK tourist delivery (or, if no such thing, BMW USA Tourist Delivery) and ask...
