Hi

The top storage bin with flip up lid is secured with two screws accessed from the lower front of the storage unit behind the central fresh air vent.

To remove the air vent, first pry out the hazzard+central locking switch and unclip the connector, then simply pull the vent out forwards, using a soft plastic prying tool to separate the vent from the dash. Be careful not to pull too hard. The vent grill is also attached to a bowden cable (like a cycle brake cable) that needs to be released. Once removed the two screws holding the storage bin are visable. Don't drop them into the dash - use bluetack or magnetic screwdriver to avoid endess rattles !

Storage unit pulls upwards and outwards from memory

Hope this helps
David

What's the best way to pry out the switch?
