This is just my luck. I notice a clunking noise coming from the from end a week or so ago. I stopped driving the car until I could get it into the shop. Today I had a chance to look at the car. What I found shocked me.
Turns out, 3 out of the 4 mounting holes on the passenger side motor mount snapped off my engine block. The bosses that the bolts thread in to completely sheared off the engine. What are the chances?
Has this happened to anyone? Is this something that has happened before? I'm feeling like
right now. Where do I go from here? Looks like I need to purchase a new engine. Do you guys have any advise for me?
