Easiest way is by the seats. Do they have an extendable thigh support on the bottom? If so, they are sport seats.

I believe I need the one pictured in the pic in the post above.

Are they many different versions of the 'round' airbag for the E53 ?
you need p/n 32306780661 according to BMW Parts Catalog

Finished product. I paid $200 for the wheel. I repaired a couple of scuffs with leather repair kit---looks new. I added LEDs that illuminate the paddles. I used the original airbag. Smaller diameter and fatter than the original sport wheel.

nice... I already purchased a wheel minus airbag which i am now finding out only uses the part # airbag. Its the slightly raised airbag with the overlap. Love the wheel tho.. much thicker...

We have the same wheel. I paid less than 200 and it came with an airbag and clockspring, but the trim was very worn. It such a nicer wheel than the pre facelift sport wheel.

I like your carbon fiber trim. I'd do that if I had the rest of the trim in carbon. I want to replace the ///M logo with one that looks similar to the X logo, but I havent had the time to make one.
