E53 ABS ASC DSC lights...need some advice

Hi guys. I know that there is a lot of topics about this problem but i cant find the one for me. I have a x5 e53 4.4i. Looks like it is some ghost in the car it is starting to give me to much headache. I replaced battery 2 weeks ago and after that i have lights on. Now what i done so far. I have an Inpa. Done million diagnostic sessions but still no luck. My trio lights is always on after driving a 30min it goes to failsafe mode. After i pulled out fuse for abs it is not jumping into yhe limp mode. Checked sensors bit all seems to be fine and even thou if sensor bad why it is still goes to limp mode after 30min. With inpa it shows me 11v in abs but the battery tells me 12.5v can this be fried abs? Inpa also tells me million different codes like EBV, Front left outlet valve, communications issues with dsc. Can you give me an advice what to next? If you need some more details just ask cause i dont know what info is important. I can write and write what i tried to test...thanks guys

I know this I'd a shot in the dark, but I had a bunch of electrical gremlins (including transmission faults) that were all related to the ignition switch going bad (caused intermittent faults that became constant). Replaced the switch and everything was fixed. Not sure if this helps.

Do you by any chance hear a grinding from under the car when shouting it off. Do you still have 4 wheel drive, or can you punch it and light the rears up? If so, it's time to flip that gear in the actuator on the transfer case.

What do you mean by flipping that gear in to actuator? When i am switching off the car cant hear any noise. But when i push my thrott all the way down while it is accelerating i hear some strange noise but not from gearbox..but it was doing that all the time but no lights was here before..

Sounds like the battery voltage (or battery ground). I would start with basic troubleshooting of the battery and alternator. All the electrical gremlins are common with low voltage. Check battery connections and grounds....

What is the battery voltage with the car off? What is the battery voltage when the engine is running? Does the battery voltage drop overnight?

Ok. 2003 is pre-facelift, so not the transfer case actuator gear. One down...

Also today I tried to play with fuses. My DSC has 4 fuses. 12,51,55,63...All of them is hot wires constant 12v..but no.55 is coming from relay coz this is activated by ignition.. when I pull out any of fuses it is running in to the failsafe after locking wheels to right and left, but when I pull out 55 it is not jumping to failsafe... I do not know if it is mean something coz my head is full of stuff I read online and done myself.. do not have an idea? I just want to know if it abs module before wasting money.. Also no I erased all codes and nothing coms up but trio lights is not despairing..will drop some life data reading later.. I don't no how to reflash dcs maybe ecu forgot it... how to test abs module for possible fail?
