Be careful. Had Safelite replace my windshield and the rain sensor doesn't work properly which means the automatic lights don't work properly either. Saved $400 though.

OK its time for me to get a new windshield.
I called a few windshield places looking for the PPG FW2140 but that apparently only fits up to the 2002 model and from then on the PPG part number is FW2382, just as an FYI, if you are going to go with PPG.

Hope this helps!

I'm in the middle of replacing my glass with Safelite and I had the comfort glass since 2004. They couldn't find the right glass with the IR coating. That's what they called it IR and they were having a hard time getting BMW OE. But I showed them this image and they were able to locate the right glass.

Thanks!
