What I can't figure out is how I can be getting 19 mpg around town, 20 highway. Burning no oil and leaking no fluids. I have 2K miles on the updated D.vanos and the darn X is driving like new. It has that classic snap acceleration at any speed with smooth shifting. Granted this is an older X, 01, 3.0 222215, K miles. I can't figure out what is supposed to be wrong with it except that it coded; lean mixture bank 2.
What should I be expecting to replace or repair over the next few months?

I have the same issue. Just replaced the entire PVC system, cleaned the idle air control valve and replaced the fuel pump because it failed. I have a 2006 3.0 with 210,600 miles on her. Oh and Disa valve works fine, cleaned MAF as well.
Thanks
