You need to take that 10mm nut off and the hold down fork comes off... Pull the tube up just about an inch or two... Slide the new (or original) O-ring on the end of the tube and reinstall tube in oil pan... Replace fork and tighten nut down... There is a code on the hold down fork... Three letters..... T.O.P..... Make sure you can read that when it's installed... It works better when you can see the code...

Williamx5 you are the man. I am having a hard time getting the tube out. I have supported the engine and dropped the subframe. I have the 10mm and the bracket off and the tube is up about 1 1/5 inch, still won't come out. By the way, I used your writeup on upper oil pan gasket (it was hard) but after I had everything bottom up it was leaking oil. I damaged the upper oil pan gasket, replacing the timing chain and guides (another big job). I just want my truck back.
