Can I still use these front airbags with the damage shown?

2006 4.8iS with sport suspension settings.

i ordered the Arnott Front air spring assemblies from FCP Euro and they came drop shipped from Arnott direct. I got them and each of them has a small issue.

i've already submitted photos and a customer service contact form to FCP but fi i can use these bags regardless of the issues i would be fine with that as the X5 has been down for a long time waiting for these parts and ideally would love not to have to wait for replacements and resending these back.

2862 has a broken plastic surround around the air fitting inlet area on the strut mount. not sure if it affects integrity or if its more to keep dust and debris out. I found the broken piece and could probably epoxy it back in place so it keeps dirt out.

2861 has a broken finger on the bottom of the air bag. it looks almost like an alignment finger of some sort. I would be concerned that maybe it has to do with keeping the air bag from spinning when turning the wheels possibly.

replace them. Just order another set and return those.
