X5only, in my experience anything that I have ever lowered has usually had to have the camber adjusted, depending of course on how dramatic the change was. I would at least have it checked, it's way cheaper than tires :-)

Yes, lowering changes the alignment. With the H&R kit you should be able to have it aligned within specs. That assumes the rest of the suspension is in good shape. You should be able to see the increase in negative camber (top of the wheel tips in). The changes in toe and camber will increase tire wear significantly.

Yes, I already had the suspension aligned after H&R kit install and a complete suspension overhaul. And then I recently lowered the rear a little bit by shortening the H&R adjustable links. Lowered it by about 10mm. The alignment shop that did the initial alignemnt thinks the suspension needs to be re-aligned again due to this drop. The first alignment was done about a month ago.

Any change impacts the alignment. 10mm is not much but due to how much out of alignment can impact tire wear I would certainly have it checked to see if it is still in spec.
