2006 E53 X5 Windshield washer no power to pumps

Thanks Wayne I was going to play with this today, but I'm at a loss. Yes, the rear wiper and front wipers work fine. But again, no power to either of the 3 pumps on the tank under the hood. Checking the fuse underneath which is labeled as fuse 27 is good (tested with an ohm meter). I'm thinking then as you said maybe something with the A1 module, but no power only to the washer system and wipers work fine and the only common thing we can find is the A1? I'm thinking there must be some other common point that provides power. I'll keep looking at the diagrams. Last comment is, I'm wondering if under the glove box labels are correct, I found at least one that says it should be a 20amp fuse and I see a 30 amp. This post is interesting. I'm wondering about this relay. I'll see if I can find it oh the diagram.
