Unable to go into reverse!

I just had mine rebuilt, I bought aftermarket warranty when I bought the vehicle (2001 X5 4.4) and I'm so glad I did. Even though the tranny crapped out 2wks. after I bought it (same thing no reverse) the warr. co. still honored the warranty and paid their share of the the $3800 CA bill,which was $3000 CA. The $1650 CA I paid for the warranty has already almost paid itself off twice!

You aren't going to believe this guys but the same thing has started happening again!! The car has been juddering in reverse and this morning i tried to reverse up a slight gradient and the car wouldn't do it. It feel's like the reverse gear clutch in the gearbox is slipping again!! Am i going to have to replace it yeat again ?
