02 4.4 E53 Throttle body error codes

Hi all,

Driving up a hill, 70mph, suddenly 'ding' - engine failsafe mode, and lurching power. So I pull over, shut down - wait a minute, start again, drove ok for the next 30 minutes.

Later that night, started her up, and rough idle, and accelerator pedal did absolutely nothing.

Towed home - pulled with hand scanner codes: these are the only codes showing:

P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow circuit low input
P1639 Throttle Value position control: throttle stuck permanently
P1636 Throttle Valve Control Circuit

I removed the MAF, cleaned it, no difference.
Pulled the Throttle Body, wasn't stuck, but cleaned it
When manually pushing the butterfly, engine RPM changes, but the accelerator pedal doesn't move the butterfly at all. Cleaned harness with electrical contact cleaner, still no difference.

I have DIS, and the codes I get there are:

RLS 80 - Control unit, frequency 15
DME 73 - Signal, Host film air mass flow sensor
DME C9 - DMTL heating
DME 67 -Function, monitoring, control unit
DME 84 - activation, throttle actuator
DME 83 - Function, throttle actuator jammed.

Does this sound proof-positive that I need to replace the throttle body? I'm in Mexico and kinda screwed, I have to order parts from the US, and it takes almost 2 weeks to get anything down here..

Thanks in advance...
