Lots and lots of discussion here. Short answer is no.

Facelift 2004

Though I think I have found the lights I need. I do have two facelift E53's.

When was that, June? Dear Lawd, it's been a journey and it's still not over!

But with respect to the *correct* lights for the 4.8is, I will just say this...

And in the name of human interest, for the sake of sewing the thread for this story as thoroughly as possible, I feel I should also include how this major league charlie foxtrot ended up being a bit of fun.. even if it's not yet realized...

Ya see? These are not 'dynamic' HID clears. In amber lenses, they're what was on my 'new' 2004 white E53 (with the small sunroof, even!)

More to come, but the TL;DR for my quest for clears on the E53s is this: Step one, complete.

And, at least for the white one.. Step 2.. is uhhh.. well.. It's shaping up nicely.

Ohhh.. I've been lusting after clears on the E53 nearly as long as I've had them on my E39's...

Looks like umntiza has the euro lights ready to order and you can add in the v4 angel eye. Anyone gone this route? Does it come fully assembled?

I believe they are just clears, not dynamic. I had a buddy that ordered a set from Umnitza, tried specifying he needed dynamic...when they shipped they were the "basic" versions, and they refunded him his order.

I'm sure it comes fully assembled for $1900!!!!!!! Although they don't come with bulbs, ballasts, or igniters it looks like.
