Got all four tires changed (BUT had alignment 10 days ago-do I need it again now?))

Ok all you fellas must be fed up of my posts,apologies, but here is the latest got all 4 tires changed today (was worried running different treads patters would bugger my transfer case etc),BUT 10 days ago had suspension work done at rear and that required an alignment which was done, do I need to redo the alignment again now due to the tires being changed?
