The counterweight regards the wheel balancing weight. Moot point you moved the whole wheel.

Your picture disappeared but if memory serves, it looked strikingly like my example of my bad bearing.

I have another bad bearing that is not quite as bad and I'll try to get a good vibration scan on it before I replace it I plan to do that this week.

I have some very helpful hints on doing rear bearing on xo. Using a couple wobble extensions you can remove the bolts without removing either the suspension or the axle greatly simplifying this service. I've seen people cut their exhaust bracket, drop their wheel support and remove the entire CV axle. None of that is needed. Just push the CV in a couple inches to snake a flexible extension around the CV. (also having both rear wheels off the ground helps so you can rotate the wheel to helpful positions will help but may need to block counter rotation with a brick when you need to hold the hub from turning to break the bolts free.
