One door not locking unlocking with remote

Hello to all, Well been a good 8 months ago I fixed with the zip tie st.steel my door carrier, was fine....last posts are mine here
https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...oem-not-7.html

Last couple of months noticed the drivers door which was the side i fixed carrier on , would stay locked or unlocked and need the key to unlock or lock it...all the other doors were fine....can't really figure it out as if my carrier fix had somehow caused this, i would have had issue straight away? don't really want to rip off the door card to see....is there any lubing i can do as is with all in place that can help? just in case this is an issue with the bit that bobs up and down somehow being hindered and not enough kick from central locking to kick it up versus the manual turn of the key in the lock?
