Man, for all you guys in the US, appreciate your stlr no matter how bad they are..I just took my X in for its first oil change/service, (by the way, even on US Spec X's in the UK, warranties do not cover maintenance), and I asked them to install my inlet grills. No waiting room, no loaners(not an option here, only rental cars..
) and two hours later, I get called to the desk to pay for a bill worth £187!! By the way, thats $327.00!! I cant wait to get back...
And for all the UK drivers who are "used" to this treatment, there's gotta be a petition or something that can get these people to wake up...I thought I was starring in a f*%#in episode of candid camera!
My RR Sport test drive next month is looking a little more promising...
