are your washer nozzles clogged? (many times waxes/polishes will clog up the washer nozzles for the windshield and headlights and need to be cleaned with a toothpick of chemical solvents)

Considering that it's low from every washer, despite being obvious...do you have enough fluid?

It's the stupid screens that are on the pumps, they get clogged, especially if you use colored windshield fluid, on anything with soap in it. Here is how to fix it.
Remove the pumps from the tank and remove the tank. Under each rubber pump mount is a screen the size of a nickel, if they are beyond cleaning you can get replacements, otherwise wash them out and put it back together. I still have a pair or pumps and nozzles, but so far every one I have seen is only clogged screens. |

I think that the soap and other stuff has been accumulated to the bottom of the tank. When I used the water pistol to fill it up, all the stuff separated from the bottom. By the way: I did not have to remove the tank. I used bottle brush to clean the screens. |
