Why don't you just drive around with a sign that says "Pull me over"? I don't get it. If you made a conscious decision to do something you know is illegal than you need to deal with the consequences and not piss and moan about it. He's doing his job regardless of whether you think his time should be better spent elsewhere.

Sorry Ben...Just my 2 cents.

Agreed. Here is a concept: Personal responsibility. You made a conscious choice to break the law, hoping you would not be caught. You were. You intentionally chose to ignore the tickets, 3 times. If I was the judge, I would hit you with a bigger fine, if possible.

Look, I don't follow all the laws, all the time. I am not a "goody two shoes". However, if I get a speeding or parking ticket, I pay the fine. I am always guilty, and just consider that I get away with it more often than I get caught. My choice to roll those dice.

Regardless of the fact of how stupid it is, Colorado state law requires front license plates. I hate them too.

In Arizona they don't even issue you front plates so its no issue. When I lived San Francisco, Ca I would get tickects for not having one, Even when I placed it in my front windsheild. In SF you were required to have them so they could ticket you in intersections with the red light cameras.

That law has been in effect long before red light cameras.

Ben, You know you can cleverly velcro the license plate to bumper when you go to school. Don't have to make any holes in bumper and the cop will be happy to.
