Think about it this way.
There are over 8,000 members on the board. Now how many are discussing the number of component failures and the difficulty owners experience in getting faults rectified?
Ah ha. The pictures a bit different now isn't it? Perhaps it's the glass half empty or glass half full thing. I will agree that BMW could look at this site, but then again maybe not.
What they ought to be doing is answering the phone and fielding comments and suggestions.
